somethingcreative builds digital products for various clients from well established companies to start ups. We take full responsibility for the success of the products we build from first research to first release, continuous delivery and long-term enablement of our clients. For this, we utilise the full range of modern techniques and practices of product design.
We do this with our team of Product Designers and Product Managers and external software development partners we get on board on a project basis.

What this role entails
Lead our team of product designers
We currently have a team of three junior to mid-level product designers. The team has been built and lead by two co-founders who have departed from somethingcreative a few weeks ago.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct our designers and provide all the guidance they need to enable them to do the best work of their lives
- Direct people management of all product designers through regular 1on1s, ongoing feedback and career development
